Click & Collect Policy

Upon collecting your order:

1. Show your order confirmation: Present a copy of your confirmed order to our team, which you can find in the email associated with your purchase.

2. Check your order: Please carefully inspect your order to ensure that all cookies/cakes are present and there are no missing items before leaving the store.

3. Arrive on time: Kindly arrive at the specified time & date you selected when placing your order. This ensures that the freshest cookies are boxed and ready for your collection.

4. Collection locations and times: Click and collect is available Monday to Saturday at The Milk Market and also on Fridays at Castletroy Town Market.

If you need to make any changes to your order, you can do so upon collection or by contacting us at 089 6045702. In the event that we don't have specific cookies in stock that you've requested, a member of our team will reach out to discuss suitable alternatives.
