Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Schedule: 

We offer deliveries every Wednesday via DPD/An Post courier service. Please note that while we strive to accommodate specific delivery requests, we cannot guarantee precise delivery times due to varying factors such as traffic and weather conditions. Once cookies are handed to courier we do not have any control on delivery, however we will ensure delivery is made in a timely fashion. 

2. Order Cut-Off Time:

To ensure timely delivery, orders must be placed before Tuesday midnight. Orders received after the cut-off time will be scheduled for delivery on the following Wednesday.

3. Delivery Process:

Upon placing your order, our team will process it promptly. On the day of delivery, our courier will make contact via the provided mobile number. 

4. Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location and the size of the order. The delivery fee will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout.

5. Delivery Range:

Currently, our delivery service covers Ireland only. 

6. Special Instructions: If you have any specific delivery instructions or requests, such as leaving the package at a specific location, please include them in the order notes or contact us directly. We will make note of this, however we cannot guarantee that the driver will adhere to instruction.
