Eligibility

The loyalty programme is open to all customers who make purchases in our Dundrum, Swords, and Milk Market locations, or online through our official store. No membership fee is required.

Earning Points

Customers earn 5 Cookie Points for every €0.50 spent (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts). Points are calculated based on the final order value.

Redeeming Points

Once you reach 1000 Cookie Points, you will receive a €5 voucher to use on a future purchase.

Vouchers can be redeemed in Dundrum, Swords, Milk Market, and online.

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points Expiry

Cookie Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated. The expiry date will be visible in your account or available upon request.

Voucher Use

Vouchers are single-use only and must be used in one transaction. Only one voucher can be used per order unless otherwise stated. Voucher terms will be clearly stated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

If you return a purchase, the associated Cookie Points will be deducted from your account.

If a refund causes your balance to fall below a reward threshold, any issued reward may be revoked. This policy also applies to partial refunds.

Abuse & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your participation in the programme if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these terms. This right will be exercised fairly and proportionately.

Changes to the Programme

We may update, modify, or end the loyalty programme at any time.

If changes materially affect your rights or benefits, we will provide reasonable notice via our website or by email where possible.

Data Protection

Participation in the loyalty programme is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Marketing Communications

By signing up for the loyalty programme, you may choose to receive occasional offers, news, and updates related to our products and services.

Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.

We will never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
